Do you make custom or personalized pieces? Yes! We love creating custom designs. If you have something special in mind—send us an email or DM on Instagram to get started.
What does handmade mean? Are all pieces identical?
Each Elena Designs piece is handcrafted, meaning no two are exactly the same.
Are the pieces water-resistant? Yes, our pieces are water-resistant and safe to wear around water. To maintain the shine and durability, we strongly recommend avoiding contact with perfume, lotion, shampoo, sunscreen, and other chemicals.

Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes size information. If you're unsure about bracelet or necklace lengths, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to assist you.
Can I request a custom length?
Yes, many of our pieces can be adjusted to fit your measurements. Include your request in the order notes or email us beforehand.

Gifts & Packaging
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. You can include a message at checkout or email us with your order number. We will handwrite your note and include it with the gift.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
All orders are carefully wrapped using materials available at the time of fulfillment. Packaging is complimentary and designed to provide a beautiful unboxing experience, perfect for gifting.

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International shipping times vary.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees and duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Items not eligible for return: Earrings, Sale items, Custom orders and Gift cards.
How do I request a return?
Email us at elenamendezdesign@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued as store credit only.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the original item and use the store credit to place a new order.

Repairs & Damages
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. If eligible, we will arrange a complimentary repair or replacement.
What does your repair policy cover?
We cover manufacturing defects reported within 10 days of delivery. Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, sweat, or natural wear is not covered.
