We carefully package each order with available materials. Packaging may vary depending on stock but is always safe and secure. Packaging is complimentary and not reflected in your order total.

Shipping Issues:
Elena Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package is lost or stolen after successful delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
